This policy defines prohibited conduct on the Accrue platform. Incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference.
Prohibited
- Market manipulation (wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump, front-running)
- Leaderboard gaming, Sybil attacks, falsifying performance
- Misrepresentation of Accrue endorsement or guaranteed returns
- Circumventing geofencing, KYC controls, or rate limits
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing
- Reverse engineering, scraping beyond tier scope, DDoS attacks
